Sinko de Drinko Time Again

May 5th is a time to celebrate Mexican heritage in the US. The history is intriguing and worth a read. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cinco_de_Mayo  Cinco de Mayo is a great reason to raise drink to celebrate Mexican culture. I will do my best and I hope you enjoy the evening as well :) This year it is on Sunday, so we can start celebrating on Friday night and keep the fire going until Sunday night.
